1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and vip0 ("vip0," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the vip0 website located at https://vip0.net and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with vip0's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the vip0 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of vip0, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the vip0 Platform.

vip0 reserves the right to request proof of age and eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any funds held may be subject to forfeiture in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features of the vip0 Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one vip0 account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. vip0 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify vip0 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

vip0 is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. By registering an account, you consent to vip0's KYC procedures.

KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:

• A valid, government-issued Philippine photo identification document. Accepted documents include: SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Philippine driver's license, Philippine passport, UMID, or Postal ID.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing registered name and number).

vip0 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. vip0 may suspend or close accounts where satisfactory verification cannot be obtained.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vip0 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

• Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana. Deposits are credited to your vip0 account upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your name. vip0 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in the Platform's payment information section. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your vip0 account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. vip0 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. vip0 will notify you before any dormancy fees are applied.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

vip0 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in wagering unless the applicable promotion specifies otherwise.
• vip0 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or collusion, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms expressly permit otherwise.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the vip0 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. vip0's RNG systems are subject to periodic independent audits.

• Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable game rules before wagering.
• In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on vip0's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• vip0 reserves the right to void bets placed on games affected by technical malfunctions, software errors, or data feed failures. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip0 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to vip0 immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gambling.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to use your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the vip0 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of vip0 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without vip0's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, vip0 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

vip0's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vip0 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vip0 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Responsible Gaming

vip0 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and time-out periods.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

vip0 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion purposes.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Privacy

vip0 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Amendments to These Terms

vip0 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the vip0 Platform shall first be submitted to vip0's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
